The site was acquired in an off market transaction and is currently going through the subdivision and land development process in Lower Merion Township to combine two lots with existing multi-family buildings on them into one lot. The existing buildings will be demolished and replaced with a luxury new construction condominium building with underground parking.

This property was purchased from Main Line Health Systems in an off-market transaction and we are currently working with Narberth Borough to develop the property. This property was home to the Lankenau Hospital Hamper Shop for many years and is currently an office building with a large parking lot.

We partnered with a local real estate owner for this project.  This property was accidentally removed from the city map when it was part of a larger affordable housing development in the 1980’s. We were able to identify the parcel with the City of Philadelphia and recorded a new deed naming our partnership the owner.  We went through the land development process in the City of a Philadelphia to build 2 new construction single-family home.
